When you use OopsStillPaying, we collect the following information:
- Account information: Email address and display name provided during registration.
- Subscription data: Names, costs, billing cycles, renewal dates, and notes for subscriptions you add.
- Usage data: Basic analytics about how you interact with the app (page views, feature usage).
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the OopsStillPaying service:
- Displaying your subscription dashboard and analytics
- Sending renewal reminders (if enabled in settings)
- Processing plan upgrades via Razorpay
- Improving the product based on aggregate usage patterns
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore), which is encrypted at rest and in transit. Firebase infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform and complies with industry-standard security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication and database
- Razorpay: Payment processing for Pro plan upgrades. Card details are never stored on our servers.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Export your data — available in Settings → Data & Privacy → Export CSV
- Delete your account — available in Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

6. Cookies
OopsStillPaying uses only essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
