Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using OopsStillPaying ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OopsStillPaying is a subscription tracking tool that helps you monitor, manage, and understand your recurring expenses. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts.

4. Free and Pro Plans

The Free plan allows tracking up to 2 active subscriptions. The Pro plan allows up to 10 active subscriptions and includes advanced analytics. Plan limits apply to non-cancelled subscriptions only.

Pro plan payments are processed by Razorpay. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Data Accuracy

OopsStillPaying is a personal tracking tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy of renewal reminders or cost calculations. Always verify renewal dates and costs directly with your service providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OopsStillPaying shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed subscription renewals or billing errors.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Data & Privacy. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
